2020 presents an amazing opportunity to gain perspective. Perspective for accepting the negative and then growing stronger, and finding the positive. Everywhere. No matter what. Some see a teenager creating conflict, or pushing boundaries. I see opportunities to apply lessons of patience and endurance from 2020. Life consistently, relentlessly gives you plenty to focus your mind on like fear, doubt, insecurity, uncertainty, anxiety. But just as a baby can focus all his tiny energy on learning to roll over, you can sharpen your focus on looking for the positive. As you exercise your ability to detach, gain perspective, and find positive rather than slip into despair or negativity, the power of attraction takes hold. One minute you are straining to keep out the negativity, and the next thing you know you are enjoying the amazing September sun, another Yankee victory (finally over the Rays), and the realization that tomorrow will bring another day to be of service to others. And maybe take a nap. So thanks for coming 2020- I appreciate you. I feel lighter, stronger, and more centered than ever before. Not that I am voting for another year like this…just sayin.

I love this. 2020 can definitely go away but it did have many lessons we can all be grateful for.
